Keyhole surgery to close a hiatal hernia and insertion of adjustable gastric band.
You can see a big hiatal hernia, that causes gastroesophagial reflux disease, which was dissected and the right and left crura of the diaphragm on a 36 F bougie. Then the gastric band was inserted from behind the lower esophagus and tightened anterior to it. The fundal part of stomach was fixed anterior to the band to prevent its migration.
