Key hole surgery to insert an adjustable band around the upper stomach to control the amount of food going to the stomach and leads to weight loss.
The upper stomach is dissected to create a tunnel posterior the upper stomach and then insert the band in that tunnel then fix the band and suture part of the upper stomach around the band to prevent its slippage, The tube which is connected to the band for adjustment is ended with a port which is fixed under the skin by the end of surgery.
